This modern Reddington Beach home elevates a monochromatic look through having different textures. Besides utilizing both marble and concrete pavers, they paver inlays to add a unique touch to this hardscape.

A linear pool shape and the elevated spa/patio section allows the transition from the house to the outdoor space to feel seamless.

To successfully design a luxury outdoor space, no stone can go unturned. By adding the tile to the steps and on the exposed wall, a small splash of color makes a big impact.

When working on waterfront properties, it is important to compliment the amazing view the home already has. The Royal Palms have a clean modern look but tie the whole project together by keeping a beach vibe present.
