Our Process
Consultation & Design
Before we begin the consulting process, we need you to provide us a survey of your property. Once we have the survey, we can get you scheduled to consult with one of our pool professionals. This initial meeting is to get a sense for your wants, needs, taste, and the space we will be working with. After this, our team will begin working on your design.
Through the principles of design and by working closely with you, we design according to your unique taste, creating a space that is inviting and that encompasses all of your desired amenities . Our design approach incorporates years of pool building experience with an expertise is luxury pools and outdoor living environments.
Upon completion of the conceptual drawings and renderings, you will be invited to our showroom for a visual presentation, where you will also choose materials.
Permitting
After your contract has been signed, we begin assembling your pool permit package. We utilize a system called BuilderTrend, which will provide access to each step of the process and a schedule of what is occurring and approximately when.
Timeframes do vary for reviewing permit applications at each municipality . On average it usually takes 4-6 weeks with 2 weeks preparing documents prior to submittal.
Once approved, the fun begins within approximately one week.
Build
We ensure the project is built to the exact vision of the original design concept at the same time maintaining relentless attention to detail and in constant pursuit of the latest innovations and technology.
