Weadon Preserve: Complete Backyard Oasis
This linear pool project features elevation changes. Utilizing them effectively to create a space made to entertain guests. Just imagine having a 4th of July BBQ back here.

Ample Decking and A Sun-Shelf
A common mistake made when designing a pool is having too much or too little decking. This project has just the right amount of travertine hardscape, plenty of room to have furniture while being able to move comfortably. The sun shelf creates a sense that the pool is an extension of this social space.

Effectively Using Elevation
Elevation changes really make a project stand out but the key is utilizing them to enhance the overall atmosphere. Our design team allowed for the entire backyard to feel connected by allowing the bar section of the lowest tier to see all the way up to the covered patio.

Swim Up Bar
The most utilized areas of a pool are the ones people can sit or stand about waste deep. While the swim-up bar acts as a way to connect the pool to the lowest tier of this yard. A swim-up bar, underwater benches, or seating are great addition for those who love to entertain.

Landscaping To Tie It All Together
Well designed landscaping is going to elevate the overall atmosphere of an outdoor space. The areca palms, foxtail palms, and clussia add lots of texture while complimenting the pool by creating a modern coastal look.
