Island Way Pools had the incredible opportunity to partner with HGTV on Season 5 of Rock the Block, filmed right here in Pinellas County! Each season, HGTV’s top designers face off to transform nearly identical homes, and for this season, the challenge included turning blank backyards into unforgettable outdoor living spaces. That’s where Island Way Pools came in as a local, licensed pool contractor. We worked directly with each duo of contestants to design & build unique pool and patio spaces that perfectly matched their interior styles while adding a wow-factor to help them stand out in the competition. Behind the scenes, our team handled everything from permitting to construction, coordinating seamlessly with HGTV crews and contractors to complete four unique pool and patio projects in just six weeks. The final result?
