Island Way's Process
Consultation & Design
Before we begin the consulting process, we need you to provide us a survey of your property. Once we have the survey, we can get you scheduled to meet with one of our pool professionals at your property. This initial meeting is to get a sense for your wants, needs, style, and the space we will be working with. After this meeting at your property, our team will begin working on your design. Upon completion of the conceptual drawings and renderings, you will be invited to our showroom for a visual presentation, where you will also choose materials. Permitting
After your contract has been signed, we begin assembling your pool permit package. We utilize a system called BuilderTrend, which will provide you access to each step of the process and a schedule of what is occurring.
Timeframes do vary for reviewing permit applications at each municipality . On average it usually takes 4-6 weeks with 2 weeks preparing documents prior to submittal. Once approved, the fun begins within approximately one week. Learn more about the permitting process in our blog:
Build
We ensure each project is built to the exact vision of the original design concept! All projects are managed by our trained staff whose goals are to manage timeframes, quality, and most of all, the client's expectations.
