After your contract has been signed, we then begin assembling your pool permit package. At the time of contract signing, you will most likely also sign the Notice of Commencement and Child Safety Act. Both of these are pieces that will become part of the permit application.

Immediately upon contract signing, we send for the No Conflict letter. This is a letter that states there is no conflict with the existing power lines. While we wait for the receipt of the letter, approximately 10 days, we prepare the rest of the application. Different municipalities require different engineering or plan specifications. We review each one before submittal.

Every municipality also has different timeframes for reviewing permit applications. On average it usually takes 4-6 weeks.

Once approved,  the fun begins.
