THE PERMITTING PROCESS

After your contract has been signed, we begin assembling your pool permit package. We utilize a system called BuilderTrend, which will provide access to each step of the process and a schedule of what is occurring and approximately when.

Immediately upon contract signing, we send for the No Conflict letter. This is a letter that states there is no conflict with the existing power lines. While we wait for the receipt of the letter, approximately 10 days, we prepare the rest of the application. Different municipalities require different engineering or plan specifications. We review each one before submittal. 

 

Timeframes do vary for reviewing permit applications at each municipality . On average it usually takes 4-6 weeks with 2 weeks preparing documents prior to submittal.

Once approved,  the fun begins within approximately one week.
