How Island Way Pools Builds Your Pool Project
Consultation & Design
Your dream pool starts with a clear vision and a solid plan. To kick off the design process, we ask that you provide a property survey of your home. Once received, we’ll schedule a personalized in-home consultation with a member of our design team. This visit allows us to learn more about your vision, gather photos and measurements, and understand your style preferences. It’s a crucial step that helps us provide you the most accurate proposal possible. After your consultation, you’ll receive a custom 3D design and detailed cost estimate. From there, our Director of Sales will invite you to our showroom, where you can explore our wide selection of pool finishes, tile, decking, and other materials to bring your project to life. Permitting
Once your contract is signed, the real fun begins. Our in-house permitting team will start preparing your permit package to keep your project moving forward. We also set you up in BuilderTrend, our online project management platform, which gives you real-time access to your build schedule, progress updates, and important milestones. While permitting timelines can vary depending on your municipality, most homeowners typically receive approvals within 4 to 6 weeks. As soon as your permit is issued, you'll be introduced to our Director of Operations and your dedicated project manager, who will guide you through the next stages of your build. Build
Once we break ground, your new pool is typically completed within 6 to 12 weeks. Every project has a dedicated project manager who ensures your timeline stays on track, quality remains impeccable, and maintains an open line of communicatoin from start to finish. At Island Way Pools, we take pride in using in-house crews made up of experienced contractors and skilled tradesmen who bring craftsmanship and care to every detail.
